After significant expansion, Nuneaton Roof Truss needed an updated website to portray the full spectrum of their modern offering and provide easier access to their services on multiple devices – it was crucial to target prospects who may be searching on mobile whilst on the job.
After an initial kick off to identify their values and understand the principles driving the business, we worked with the NRT team to map out their new digital brand experience. With a clear site objective – generate leads – agreed, we designed and developed a site that not only captured their company ethos and family personality, but also allowed them to portray their expanding range in a clear, concise way. We worked with the team to create and place clear calls to action across the site to direct the user journey and capture key information for the sales team to follow up. With a new site, the NRT team was prepared to take on the next chapter of their family’s legacy.
We helped the NRT team to improve brand positioning and in turn built trust with new and larger customers they were aiming to take on, whilst also generating new opportunities to tender for new house building contracts.
Their previous website was unresponsive therefore negatively impacting the UX, their new website provided a great UX with an easy to navigate UI and user friendly, three stage quote enquiry forms – going from 0 to 100k per month revenue through enquiries and quotes.
