I’ve been working with WeAreGo for over 4 months now since starting my business (Pawson Electrical) and overall the service and results have been bang on. Their ‘new business launch package’ was perfect for what I needed, Google profile, socials, website and Google Ads, All up and running in less than 4 weeks. The account manager I’m working with understands I need to generate daily enquiries, we worked out a strategy and I started receiving calls within the first week even before the website went live. I also love the fact I can login and see live results on their app. Highly recommend to any trades business looking to get new business online.

WeAreGo provided a great package for our business to help us launch our brand online, including: our Logo refresh, Domain name, Hosting, Website, Business email account, Google business profile and LinkedIn company profile! After the initial video call with James, he advised that as well as a website, we really needed to setup and optimise our Google business profile and LinkedIn profile as this is where our target audience will be searching/researching for us (before visiting our website). As we’re not techies I really appreciated the clear communication and time the WeAreGo team spent on video calls with us to help us understand the benefits of getting all this done. The end result was just what we wanted, I’m impressed with the way they managed to nail our personality with the style of writing on the website and the quick turnaround of the whole project, it took the WeAreGo team less than 4 weeks from start to finish. We approached James to re-design and update our website, for the General Architecture Company, after really liking their work for other local businesses. It was fresh and engaging, and we liked the fact that they were local. I called out of the blue and got chatting to James who put together a proposal. We had the challenge facing many companies; a desire to make fundamental changes to our website without drastically changing the content or damaging a hard-earned search ranking. To do this with a digital agency that was completely new to us could at first seem unwise, but from an initial conversation that instilled confidence, to a well-planned and smoothly implemented new site, the decision to work with We Are Go has been vindicated. i personally spoke with James and his team on a daily basis throughout the whole website build, which meant I was always up to date and upon launch we were provided with ‘tutorial’ videos which they recorded for us to keep and have meant that training has been easy for our website manager. The fact we were able to get our website, advertising campaign and films all taken care off in one place was a huge benefit.

We recruited We Are Go with the task of developing our website to increase lead generation. The team helped us to increase sales and monthly enquiries, whilst also supplying an easier access route for potential clients to find our services. The level of customer service from James and the team was great, we found with previous companies they could be difficult to get a hold of, but We Are Go are always consistently accessible and saved us a lot of time. The We Are Go team took the time to understand our brand and what we needed from our new website. They kept me and Ben up to date with every step of the process, visiting on a regular basis to talk through our ideas, each of their team knows their area really well and this helped as they explained the reasons for certain features/ layouts.
